A quiet career, shaped by recurring problems. Most of my time has been spent at the intersection of IT leadership, account management, and revenue operations — usually in the moments where a company has outgrown the systems that got it this far.
I’ve built and led multi-location account management organizations. I’ve run IT functions through acquisitions and rapid scaling. I’ve fixed revenue operations after they’d quietly broken — the kind of problem that doesn’t announce itself but slowly erodes margin until someone finally maps it out.
Freeman & Co. is the practice that grew out of those experiences. I take on a small number of engagements at a time, embed deeply, and build the documentation and operating habits that outlast my involvement.
The work is unglamorous and largely invisible from the outside. That’s the point.
