Freeman & Co. Independent Practice San Diego, est. 2024

Quiet work,
measurable outcomes.

A small advisory practice helping technology businesses sell larger projects, repair their revenue operations, and lead IT at director level — without the overhead of a permanent hire.

A note from the principal

A practice, not a firm.

Christian Freeman, Principal of Freeman & Co.

Christian Freeman, Principal. San Diego, California.

For most of my career I worked inside companies — leading account management organizations, running IT functions, and quietly fixing the revenue machinery that nobody wanted to inherit. The pattern repeated: a growing business hits a wall it can’t solve internally, hires expensive help, and ends up with a binder.

Freeman & Co. exists to do the opposite. I take on a small number of engagements at a time, embed deeply, and leave the team better than I found it — with documentation, not dependency.

If your IT, sales motion, or revenue operations are quietly costing you more than they should, I’d like to hear about it.

Engagements / Fit

Who this is for.

A right fit if…

  • You run an IT services firm or MSP and want to sell bigger, better-structured projects.
  • Your revenue operations are misaligned and forecasts keep missing.
  • You need director-level IT leadership but can’t justify a full-time executive.
  • You’re scaling and your systems haven’t kept up.
  • You’ve tried fixing it internally and it’s still broken.

Probably not, if…

  • You need someone to manage a help desk queue (that’s staffing).
  • You’re looking for the lowest-cost option.
  • You need a permanent in-house leader, starting now.
  • You want a strategy deck without follow-through.
